Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities
Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members
Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency
Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager
Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager

Ability to lift and move heavy objects (over 65 pounds), bend, and perform continuous physical effort
Good organizational skills, time management, punctuality, and focus on safety
Customer Service: Service attitude and courtesy to interact with customers
Good spatial perception
Follow and interpret written, verbal, and graphic instructions
Work independently and in a team

Responsabilidades

Maintain the physical inventory of the trailers within the facility in the corresponding manner
Ensure trailers are available at the start of operations as planned by management
Support when required with the entry of containers using the WMS system, ensuring the FIFO procedure
Verify the content of the trailers against the manifest
Deliver merchandise to customers as indicated in the documentation
Pick up empty and full trailers from the ports
Report any problem or change to the Fleet Coordinator and the Operations Manager or Supervisor
Maintain control of the trailer yard to ensure a healthy flow of the operational plan
Accommodate trailers in assigned areas taking into consideration the container size (40’, 45’ and 53’)
Receive and dispatch external transportation suppliers for the three existing operations, documenting the movement in the TMR (Trailer Movement Report)
