Senior IT-Business Consultant Procurement

• Support in the introduction of the new SAP System Central Procurement in central procurement and in the migration of the existing SAP ECC system to S/4HANA for the SAP modules MM and QM
• Ensure the quality of existing test cases and create new test cases along our end-to-end processes in the SAP Solution Manager
• Conduct testing, assist key users and interface partners in test execution, and monitor test coverage and progress
• Track defects and support developers in troubleshooting and coordinating retests
• As part of the SAP DevOps team, support operational activities of the existing system and quickly familiarize yourself with the processes and peculiarities of DB procurement
• Support knowledge building of key users as part of change management, provide input for the creation of training, and manage user portals for questions and improvements
• Responsible for the conception and implementation of new requirements

• Successful completion of a degree in business informatics or economics and extensive relevant professional experience
• alternatively, equivalent vocational training and extensive professional experience in a similar role
• Extensive experience in SAP projects (ideally S/4 migrations) or in the SAP environment, e.g., in operation or maintenance
• Ideally, good knowledge of procurement or logistics processes and experience in SAP modules MM and QM
• Familiarity with customizing plants, storage locations, and purchasing groups
• Desirable knowledge in ITIL, Scrum, Jira, and SAP SolMan
• Strong technical understanding, team player, service and customer orientation, and strong analytical thinking skills
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
