Jobbeschreibung:

6-month internship in Green Transformation and Society - Sustainability and Environment at Deutsche Bahn AG in Berlin, starting January 1, 2026. The role involves working on stakeholder dialogue, communication, and supporting the company's green transformation and social responsibility.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Participate in conducting stakeholder analyses
Analyze and evaluate legislative processes at European and national level in the sustainability sector
Derive relevant recommendations for action for DB
Support in preparing, implementing and following up events and dialogue formats
Create editorial content for various internal and external channels
Conduct independent research on sustainability and environmental topics
Provide organizational support in day-to-day business

Anforderungen:

Studying Politics or Social Sciences, Communication and Media Studies, Business Administration or comparable degree program
Enjoy conducting political analyses
First experience in dealing with stakeholders
Proficiency with MS Office
First experience and knowledge of communication channels and instruments (on- and offline Social Media)
Passion for sustainability
Familiarity with the political system and media
Quick comprehension skills
Precise analytical working methods
Strong performance motivation

Wünschenswert:

Experience with content management systems and SharePoint solutions
First experience in editorial writing
