• Support HR Business Partners regarding all topics of operational and strategic personnel management
• Independently manage tasks and task packages such as organizing training and workshops
• Research activities and taking over own projects on various topics of personnel support and development
• Presenting work results
• Independently carry out recruiting processes in cooperation with central recruiting
• Administrative tasks in the area of office organization and gaining insight into labor law topics

• Studying in advanced semester BWL, Psychology or Social Sciences with focus on Human Resources or comparable degree program
• Ideally first practical experience in commercial environment
• Confident use of MS Office 365
• Team skills, creativity and communication skills
• High motivation and commitment as well as independent and structured way of working
