Jobbeschreibung:

Materialwirtschaftler für die Instandhaltung (w/m/d) bei DB InfraGO AG in Kassel. Verantwortlich für die Beschaffung von Materialien, Betriebsstoffen und Fremdleistungen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Procurement of materials, operating supplies and external services for troubleshooting and maintenance measures
Creating and maintaining purchase requisitions and orders in SAP R3
Supporting inventories and year-end closing
Purchasing deliveries and services under the small performance procedure up to €500
Ensuring proper documentation and filing
Monitoring warehouse materials
Commercial processing of orders and annual financial statements

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk, office management clerk or comparable field)
Ideally professional experience in materials management
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of SAP is ideal
Analytical thinking
Assertiveness
Open communication
Ability to quickly familiarize with new tasks
Structured and responsible work approach
Proactive information gathering
Teamwork skills
