Jobbeschreibung:

As head of operations control at DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH, you will be responsible at the Königsborn site for the safe, efficient and disruption-free execution of our technical operational processes. In this key position, you will ensure smooth operations in railway operations, make decisions with foresight and lead your team with professional competence, clear communication and the necessary calm - even when things get hectic.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Business responsibility for the operations control unit
Ensuring compliance with all legal and internal requirements
Implementation of the infrastructure usage contract with DB InfraGO
Ensuring smooth operational processes
Immediate response to disruptions in railway safety
Coordinating troubleshooting measures
Ensuring information flow between ECM, holder and railway operations management
Maintaining complete documentation of all relevant processes
Creating performance reports and reports
Maintaining communication with the MaPool control center about repair duration, restrictions and construction progress
Ensuring all parties involved are optimally informed at all times

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of training as an electronics technician or metalworker
Ideally qualification as industrial foreman in metal or master of electrical engineering or comparable training with several years of relevant professional experience
Experience in the railway sector is a plus
Independent and responsible way of working
Flexibility and willingness to work in shift duty including weekend and public holiday services
Safe handling of MS Office on PC or laptop
Strong communication skills
Structured approach to challenges and pragmatic solution finding
