Jobbeschreibung:

The 3-year training program to become a Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice (m/f/d) at DB Vertrieb GmbH at Fulda station. Vocational school lessons take place at Julius-Leber-Schule in Frankfurt (Main). Additionally, seminars at DB Training are attended during the training.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Advising customers on travel planning, ticket purchases, and service requests in DB travel centers
Customer service basics and knowledge about travel offers and services
Being an integral part of the team and embodying the host attitude
Handling modern communication and sales systems
Gaining insight into the railway operations and collaboration between various actors at the station

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of school with a recognized German school diploma
Customer and service orientation
Enjoyment of interacting with people from different cultures
Good foreign language skills
Ability to remain calm and maintain an overview in difficult situations
Responsible, reliable, solution-oriented, and team-oriented
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
