Als IT Technician an unserem neuen Standort in Gießen übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Etablierung und dem Aufbau der IT-Infrastruktur vor Ort. Du bist die erste Ansprechperson vor Ort und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, dass alle technischen Systeme von Anfang an reibungslos funktionieren. Dabei erwartet dich eine spannende und herausfordernde Aufgabe, bei der du mit deiner IT-Expertise Fehler behebst und innovative Lösungen implementierst. In dieser einzigartigen Position hast du die Möglichkeit, die IT-Strukturen aktiv mitzugestalten und die Entwicklung des Standorts von Beginn an zu begleiten.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Schlüsselrolle in der Etablierung und dem Aufbau der IT-Infrastruktur vor Ort
  • erste Ansprechperson vor Ort
  • Fehlerbehebung und Implementierung innovativer Lösungen
  • Mitgestaltung der IT-Strukturen
  • Begleitung der Entwicklung des Standorts
  • Erreichen operativer Ziele und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
  • praktische IT-Aufgaben
  • 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für komplexe IT-Landschaft (Endgeräte, Netzwerk, Server)
  • Sicherstellung der Stabilität und Verfügbarkeit der Systeme für die Logistik
  • Optimierung von Support-Verfahren, Dokumentationsprozessen und Wissenstransfer

Anforderungen:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. Systemadministrator*in, Netzwerkadministrator*in, Fachinformatiker*in, IT-Administrator*in)
  • erste Berufserfahrung in der Systemadministration, insbesondere im Infrastrukturbereich
  • ausgeprägter Servicegedanken
  • Übernahme der vollen Verantwortung für Aufgaben
  • proaktive Ideenentwicklung im Team
  • Kommunikationsstärke
  • gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
